Hello everyone, and welcome back to Best of The Weekend!
Did this week fly by, or what???
I am chairing a HUGE fundraiser next weekend,
so I've been swamped with last minute details...
like dealing with people who rsvp after the deadline...
vendors who don't return phone calls...
and listening to complaints from people even before the event has happened!
I can't tell you how much I needed a break from that,
so checking out all of the amazing links we got last week
was an absolute pleasure!
There's so much talent packed into this party every week.

Speaking of talent, my co-hosts are pretty accomplished, as well!

Lisa from Cooking With Curls
Deb from Cooking On The Front Burner
Ginny from Hello Little Home

When you link up to Best of the Weekend, your posts will be seen on
ALL SIX of our blogs!
Each of us will select our own favorite posts,
giving you a better chance of being featured each week,
so be sure to check out Ginny, Cindy, Sheryl, Deb and Lisa,
and of course, me, Amy, to see if you were featured.
And...we'll also be pinning our features to a
Pinterest "Best of the Weekend" Features board!

Follow Cindy Eikenberg (Little Miss Celebration)'s board Best of the Weekend Features! on Pinterest.

Last week's most clicked link was:

Carrot Cake Cupcakes by Homegrown and Healthy
I was just talking to Junior Goo Shoes last week about carrot cake,
and he said, "Ewwwwww...who would want carrots in their cake?"
I'm going to make these beauties and make him eat his words...literally!

And now...for my features of the week...

Best Appetizer:
Enchilada Dip by Life With the Crust Cut Off
I want to have a party so I can make this.
Or maybe I'll make it for lunch. Just for me.

Best Main Course:

Eggplant Orzo Bake With Sausage by Mila's Milieu
Cheesy comfort food at it's best...This is going to be on my dinner menu next week.

Best Dessert:

Mint Chocolate Fudge by Scattered Thoughts of a Crafty Mom
Can't you almost taste this? I wish that bite mark was mine.

Best Home Post:

I don't personally need to do, of course not.
I just thought maybe, ahem, it would inspire you.
OK, OK! My cosmetics are a disaster!

And now, let's get to this week's link ups!

  1. I am with you on the fudge, it would make a perfect quick St. Patrick's dessert. Thanks so much for featuring my eggplant orzo bake, it's popular around here.

Now off to explore the links!

    1. I can't wait to try this, Mila! I'm going to make it next week for dinner. It's got everything I love in it! Thanks for linking up at BOTW!

  2. Amy, I didn't realize this was a regular thing. I guess I'll have to start making those recipes I want to make...great incentive. Happy weekend!

  3. I swear I commented before, but here we go again:
Thank you for sharing those tempting recipes and the "Best of Weekend" list!
    Wishing you a wonderful weekend,

  4. Hello Gorgeous! I always love coming to your party. Thank you for hosting. We would love it if you would stop by our party on Monday at 7pm. That would be amazing! Happy Saturday! Lou Lou Girls
