RECENTLY IN NEW YORK CITY

In and around midtown on a chilly spring day.
All photos were taken on April 19 with my cell phone.

  1. I couldn't help but notice almost everyone in the crosswalk was either on their phone or looking at it. :/

I love Bryant Park Grill, but it's been about a year since I've been there. Looks like they did a wonderful job with the flower pots.

btw, I'm going to Fantasy Cuisine Wednesday :)

  4. Enjoy your city tour.. although the people walking need to look up and enjoy it too instead of their phone!

  6. You take photos that make me feel like I'm really there, Amy. Such a gorgeous, iconic city. The pic of the intersection struck me with the 3 people on their cells. I totally get it...I need to be in touch with the kids and I'm often making a grocery list. Still 15 years ago this just wouldn't be in the picture!!! Sort of weird.

  10. Goodness, I love your foray into New York City!
The signs of spring are everywhere, and those tulips in my favorite color make me want to board a plane right away.

  11. I agree with Doreen about the cell phones, amazing. How about looking up to smell the roses or exhaust, LOL. Bryant Park Grill looks amazing.

  13. What is it about NYC that makes us all feel like it belongs to us? Even though I've never been there!
