Tell me something....do you see a lot of homeless and/or vagrants/druggies in the park on any given visit? Do police patrol? We live in a small town, but it is our state's capital city, and we are getting inundated with transient vagrants, many of the criminal and addicted kind. It's sad. I would expect it in NYC, San Fran or LA, but not here.
