TWO WEEKS IN PHOTOS: 5/7 - 5/21

I'm a little behind in my photo diary......
The last few weeks have been super-busy,
mostly because I was swamped with last minute details for my fundraising gala,
which was held on May 21.
I'm happy (and relieved) to say that it was a great success!
Now, with prom, graduation and Mr. Goo Shoes' birthday
all coming within the next three weeks,
things won't be slowing down anytime soon.
It's all good 😊

The photos that follow can pretty much be categorized into two themes:
Flowers and Food.
What can I say, that's how I roll.

May 7

When I order an Iced Venti Decaf Skim Latte, Mr. Goo Shoes has absolutely no idea what that means. I may as well be speaking a foreign language.

  1. What a great way to do a post...not sure if I've seen of your previous 'Weeks in Photos'. They do tell a story and glimpse into your busy life. The constant is your family and love of family.

Glad to here your fundraiser went well...I can imagine the worry.

    Happy Memorial Day!

  2. I'm sure you're happy the fundraiser is behind you and you can focus on other things now. There always seems to be something on the horizon to keep busy!

I think that's a flower, but I don't know the name. And Mr. Goo shoes isn't the only one who doesn't know what you're talking about with that drink lol.

  7. I really enjoyed this post. I just received my very first orchids from our youngest son for Mother's Day. Now we'll see what happens to them, fingers crossed! Our oldest son sent me chocolate covered strawberries and flowers. And send me some of that baklava, please!
