WINTER PHOTO DIARY: SCENES FROM FLORIDA PART 2 (WHEN IT WAS OKAY TO TOUCH YOUR FACE)

Photo Diary | Ms. Toody Goo Shoes

Was it only a few months ago that........

Corona was a beer, and not a virus?
Happy Birthday was a song for wishing, not washing?
Toilet paper and disinfecting wipes weren't endangered species?
The phrases "Social Distancing" and "Self-Isolation" weren't in the vernacular?

It feels like it's been a year.

My brain is exhausted.
I'm sure yours is, too.

As a brief interlude from Corona-overload,
I present to you pictures from January and February.......
back when it was okay to touch your face.

😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱

  1. So happy to have an update and pictures of your new digs! It is so pretty, inside and out. I love your opening statements about Corona...so true. I am so glad I got some Florida sunshine when I did because Disney closed a week after we were there. Our weather was perfect while we were there, just like pictures show...you can just feel the warmth in them. It will be too hot and muggy there soon so I assume you will be on your way home?

  2. I LOVE the ocean blues. Amy, do you guys rent various locations in FL or do you own? We are situated in WV, the last state to report a confirmed case (still none as of this comment), but you'd think it was here with the mayhem in all the stores, same as everywhere else. Stay well, the virus doesn't like the sun.

  4. Such beautiful Blue pictures! And we've been to South of the Border : ). Yes, that was a nice distraction from everything else. I've just realized you are in a hard hit area, or near one? I hope you and your loved ones stay safe.

  5. Lovely winter digs and views! I love these pictures. We were supposed to get to Florida in February but two of the 6 in our travel party came down with the flu just a few days before we were supposed to fly. We've postponed the trip until May but who knows if we'll make that one either! Thanks for bringing Florida to me.

  6. Oh, I bet you wish you were here now instead of the Big City! (Just heard Cuomo on telly -- he made a lot of sense). Well, these are a beautiful diversion. Thank you!

  7. Such a gorgeous spot. Amazing pictures and loved seeing you and Sadie holding hands.

I can't believe the rainbow. I have never seen one perfect like that. It must be wonderful to have this place.
