BEST OF THE WEEKEND, WELCOME FALL, AND COMEDY NIGHT!

Happy Fall, Y'all!

It may be the first full day of autumn,
but we had summer temperatures in the high 80's today!
I just can't get into pumpkin mode until the temperatures drop at least 15 degrees.
Looks like that's going to happen in the next week!

In other news, this Sunday I am hosting a big fundraiser at my synagogue.
We are doing a wine, cheese and comedy night.
Over 200 people have already purchased tickets, but what's keeping me up at night
is the unknown number of people who may show up at the door.
I hope we have enough seats....and wine!
Once this event is over, I'm hoping to get back to a regular blogging schedule.
You may have noticed that my posts have been a little sparse lately.

And now, it's party time!
We'd appreciate it if you'd follow your co-hosts!

  5. I'm sure planning that fundraiser has been keeping you busy! Sounds like it will be a great turnout.

I'm not joining in this week (rushing at the moment and we just got back late last night from Maine), but I wanted to say 'howdy' and wish you a great weekend :)
