BEST OF THE WEEKEND 10.19.18: LIFE HAPPENS

Hey there, friends........welcome to Best Of The Weekend!

Welp, way to go, Ms. Toody!
Make a big announcement about blog changes, and then.......silence.
Life happens, friends, and the travel post I intended to publish
early this week had to get sidelined.

The main reason I haven't been able to focus on blogging
was because our little Sadie had surgery last week.
She had a tumor removed from her leg.
The good news is that she will be fine,
but she's needed a lot of paw-holding these last few days.

I've also been busy working on the annual fundraiser that I do for my synagogue.......
AND I'm taking two adult education classes:
Photography and Selling On Ebay.......
AND I'm participating in a letter-writing campaign to get people to vote.
My goal is to write 100 hand-written letters
between now and the end of the month.

Enough about me.......let's party!

We'd appreciate it if you'd follow our co-hosts!

Now that I have changed the focus of my blog to travel,

Non-Bloggers: There are hundreds of fabulous ideas collected here each week;

  1. Hi Amy!
I like your new photo collage theme at the top of your blog! I almost picked the blue sweater for a feature-- it looks easy to make. I think it is great when great minds/co-hosts think alike about some of the features! : ) I hope next week is easier on you (and Sadie).

  4. Wow, you are just a little busy these days!! I hope Sadie recovers quickly. Are you TEACHING the photography class or TAKING it?! I think you do very well with it. So what do you want to sell on Ebay?

  9. I hope Sadie is feeling better. Paw-holding is very important and it's sometimes a full-time job!
