BEST OF THE WEEKEND 5.12.17 and HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!






How goes it, friends?
Glad to see you here at Best of the Weekend! 
This could well be the first Mother's Day 
that I go out to celebrate in a down coat!
Okay, I'm exaggerating, but not by a lot......
It's been a very chilly May!
Unfortunately, we've got showers in the forecast 
for Mother's Day, here in the NY area,
which poses a very serious problem........
what shoes will I wear in the rain????????


On a serious note, I'd like to wish all of the 
moms, grand-moms, step-moms, and moms-to-be, 
a very happy Mothers Day!  
You're all Super-Moms!
